When I first saw this, I was speechless. This is just right. The music goes with the theme, along with the editing. If more stuff like this came about, I'd be a very happy person.

Regrets? Kinda...

So my time in Florida, almost everyday I bitched and complained to my friends how much I couldn't stand living there. Didn't have anything to do? This god damn place sucks. Too hot? I hate this weather, where is the snow? There is tax on clothing? Pffft, Pa doesn't have that, ridiculous.

Hahaha, I swear that happened almost everyday. You know what though? I miss it. Every time I see new shots of my friends on myspace, facebook, etc... I miss it. I miss that hot and humid ass weather. I miss the beach, the amazing clouds in the sky all day and every day. I miss all my photo spots, my photo contacts, every thing. What the hell is going on in my head. I hate that place, why do I miss it so damn much? Maybe its the fact I had a job and made money to support my expensive hobby/side paying job. Na, its more like I miss all my friends that I made in that year and a half I lived there. Wait...I do miss the beach and amazing clouds in the sky which provided photo goodness everyday.

After running the first one and having a horrible day, it was nice to actually enjoy this awesome meet. Never trust weather people, EVER. The rain was "suppose to" stop by 12pm, around the time a lot of the caravans of cars would arrive. Nah, it just rained harder. I'm glad it rained. For one, I am more in love with my camera than ever, and two, the shots of rain drops on the cars made for nice captures. Sure, hanging out of a car going 70mph was wet and painful, but the shots are sweet.
I was amazed when out caravan arrived. The Sonic parking lot, along with the adjacent lot was full. The Walmart lot was filling up quickly too. There are numbers being thrown out about how many people actually showed up. Most were estimates of 400-500 cars. I have no idea. I wish I had motivated myself earlier to take shots sooner. I missed so much, along with cars I wanted to get shots of. Eh, theres always next year. Wonder who is gonna run it? The first one was enough for me haha.

FML, seriously...

You know what that is? Sure its a SB600 with a crack flash bulb. Its also karma. This is what I get for making fun of all those people on flickr who drop cameras and lenses. For not being careful with their expensive toys. Well, whos laughing now? Go ahead, I can take it. Never again will I place a flash atop a tripod. One of my leg clamps cracked and collapsed the leg. I watched it too, most likely could have caught the damn thing. I just find it funny that the flash never hit the ground, yet still broke. +1 for Manfrotto heads -50000 for Slik legs.

Eh, I'm over it now. Time to upgrade to a 900 i guess. Anyway, here are some more shots for Auditor Clothing. Thanks again to Marisa for modeling.
